Raj Sardana, CEO
Raj Sardana is the chief executive officer of American CyberSystems, Inc. He is a successful entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience working with multinational companies in several industries including investment and workforce management. Raj founded American CyberSystems in 1998 and has grown it to a multinational organization with over 5,000 employees in 25 different countries worldwide. He has amassed considerable contract labor compliance and independent contractor classification services experience with the largest Fortune 100 clients over the last decade.
Before founding American CyberSystems, Raj served as president and CEO of Applied Communications, Inc., a multimedia and technology company in Atlanta, Georgia. He also served as president and CEO of a multimillion dollar venture capital company with a diverse and extensive investment portfolio in real estate, retail and service industries.
Joe McAvoy, COO
Joe McAvoy is chief operating officer of COMFORCE responsible for the corporate strategy and day to day operations. He is a veteran of the staffing and software industry, specializing in sustainable growth, organizational development, start-ups and building winning teams. Prior to joining the COMFORCE team, he was the Vice President of Corporate Development of Moodlerooms, a leader in learning management systems and educational technology. Joe has been recognized for his Sales, Marketing and Business Development expertise, building effective sales and go to market strategies. He served in various roles within the Allegis Group family of companies, a multi-billion dollar privately held staffing company and has been recognized for his growth strategies, including his contributions to small and minority owned businesses. Joe is actively involved in his community serving on boards of several not for profit organizations.
P. Nick Goel, CAO and SVP of Finance
Nick Goel is the chief accounting officer and senior vice president for American CyberSystems, Inc. He joined parent company American CyberSystems (ACS) in June 2005 as controller. He has more than 18 years of experience in mid to executive level management positions, with a comprehensive and diversified background in finance and accounting in the workforce management industry.
Nick’s previous financial and control experience includes working at Claredon Textiles, Inc. and STI Sanoh Ltd. (a subsidiary of Steel Tubes of India), where he successfully handled all financial, accounting and general administration duties. He also served as general manager of finance for Girnar Fibres Ltd., India, which he joined upon completing the CPA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi in 1995.
Nick has a B.A. degree in accounting from G.N.D. University in India. He is licensed as a certified public accountant from the Colorado State Board of Accountancy. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Allison Gross, President-National Sales Manager IT/Telecom Division
Allison Gross joined COMFORCE in 2003 to head the Southern IT division as its Area Vice President. She drives sales and recruiting, and provides management for the IT/Telecom staffing practices. Prior to joining COMFORCE, Allison achieved success functioning in all of the positions she directs today and was consistently positioned as one of the top national sales managers at her prior organization. She has more than 25 years experience providing staffing solutions, managed services and payroll solutions to global firms as well as local enterprises. Allison is professionally recognized as one of the top sales and recruiting coaches and motivators and regularly speaks at staffing events both regionally and nationally. She also writes articles for periodicals and has been published in numerous websites and newspapers including the Atlanta Constitution and the New York Times. Allison studied theatre and communications and holds a B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee.
Joe Thiel, Executive Vice President and General Manger
Joe Thiel is responsible for the day to day field operations of the COMFORCE offices. Prior to joining COMFORCE, Joe served as a Principal in an Analytics start-up. Joe has over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry serving in various leadership roles including; Vice President of National Sales, Regional Vice President and Executive Director of Branch Operations at MarketSource, TekSystems and Aerotek. Joe was responsible for the sales strategy and related account development programs that support new and existing business growth and was instrumental in creating the account team platform for better internal communication and account development.
Elizabeth DiSalvo, Vice President – Engineering Division
Prior to COMFORCE, Elizabeth attended Queens College and she was awarded a BA in Psychology. Elizabeth has spent over 12 years with COMFORCE. She has managed CTS Staffing for many years and was promoted to Regional Vice President in 2011. She leads the sales and recruiting efforts of our contract staffing services to clients nationally. She is responsible for client development and recruiting for aerospace and engineering, as well as finance and administrative staffing. Clients appreciate her professionalism and straight forward style. She has cultivated long-lasting relationships with clients and she consistently delivers the highest quality of customer service and recruits the finest candidates for her clients. She has built a reputation in aerospace and engineering and her clients rely on her expertise to fill their requirements quickly and accurately.
Bob Toll, Managing Director of Telecommunication Services Division
Bob is the Managing Director for the Telecommunication services practice of Comforce. He manages the operations, sales and strategic direction of COMFORCE telecommunications services nationally. He joined COMFORCE Telecom in 2002 as a National Sales Manager and was promoted to Managing Director in 2011. Prior to joining Comforce, Bob was with Butler Telecom providing staffing and EF&I telecom solutions to the Wire Line and Wireless communications industry. He comes with over 20 years experience in the staffing and communications industry.
Cyndi Thomas, Senior Vice President Coding and Patient Billing Services
Cyndi Thomas serves as the Divisional President for COMFORCE Coding Services. As founder of this division her role includes directing new business development, recruitment strategies, strategic business planning and day to day operations. Prior to joining COMFORCE, Thomas served six years as a national account manager in the H.I.M. healthcare staffing industry. She is a member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) , the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), Florida Health Information Management Association (FHIMA) and the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA). She has been a regular contributing author to industry journals as well as a Contributor to FORE (Foundation of Research and Education of AHIMA). Thomas is a dedicated volunteer of the health information management profession and mentors new graduates with career counseling guidance.
Field Management
Jo Eaton, Branch Director
Jo Eaton has been with COMFORCE since 1985 working out of the Rochester NY office. She initially started as a financial analyst working at Xerox Corporation and then moved into a recruiting role and finally into her current role as account manager. Jo has worked with major corporations throughout the U.S. and internationally in IT, financial, and healthcare sectors in delivering managed projects and staffing critical, time sensitive, solutions for our valued clients. In her spare time you can find her running, biking, hiking or doing any activity that will elevate her heart rate and get her outdoors.
Karen Person, Area Vice President
Karen Person joined COMFORCE in 2008 to lead and manage the sales and operations of the Texas market. She has sixteen (16) years in the staffing & recruitment industry. Karen is responsible for the Texas (& surrounding states) marketplace; overseeing the sales, recruiting, operations & P&L management of the region. Previously Karen worked with Spherion as the Regional Managing Director for Texas and the Director of the National Solutions Organization. Prior to that, Karen was with IBM for ten (10) years. Kasee Bojorquez, Managing Director for the Government Consulting Business Division
Kasee Bojorquez joined CTS Global in 2006 as the Managing Director for the Government Consulting Business division. Prior to CTS Global, Kasee held the position of finance & operations manager for eight years at Bain & Company, Los Angeles. Under his leadership, CTS Global has a consulting presence in sixty foreign countries and growing. Kasee directly manages financially an aggregated government contract value total of $750 Million, which includes determining business trajectories by qualitative and quantitative analysis. Furthermore, Kasee manages a professionally cross functional and diverse global cultural team of consultants. strategic development, resource mobilization & partner alignments, planning, implementation, brand positioning, policy development and aggressive growth are core attributes he contributes to CTS Global.
Linda Steele, Managing Director
Linda Steele, current Managing Director of the Syracuse Office, has been with COMFORCE over 20 years. Linda started out in sales and was promoted to management after 10 years in the field. Linda is a native of Syracuse who attended Onondaga Community College and Syracuse University. Linda belongs to numerous networking organizations, sits on several boards, and does a great deal of motivational speaking for various organizations.
