The Right Hiring Option
COMFORCE offers a variety of hiring alternatives to ensure our candidate is the right person for our client’s position. Our direct hire placement option provides candidate and position commitment from the start and comes with the COMFORCE 90-day guarantee. Our “Right-to-Hire” option provides clients with a working candidate who stays on the COMFORCE payroll for an agreed upon period of time prior to becoming an employee at our client’s organization. This alternate agreement serves as a working interview, which allows projects to be completed as our clients and our candidates determine compatibility before making long-term commitments.
Before presenting our clients with possible candidates, COMFORCE learns about our client’s organization so we can identify those individuals with the qualities that will best match the work environment. We conduct in-depth interviews so we can understand the capabilities and interests of our candidates. Additionally, all of our candidates undergo detailed skills assessments, thorough reference checks, and a criminal background check prior to placement.
